Prices are per shirt and include the shirt plus your design screen printed on the front. The more shirts you order, the less each one costs. “Ink colors” is the number of colors in your design.

Bulk custom t-shirt FAQs
What is the minimum order for bulk custom t-shirts?
Our minimum is 24 shirts per design. You can mix sizes within that 24, and there is no maximum: we print orders of 10,000 shirts and more.
How much do bulk custom t-shirts cost?
It depends on the shirt, how many you order and how many ink colors are in your design. For example, 100 Tultex 202 shirts with a 1-color front print are $7.36 each, and 1,000 are $5.47 each. See the pricing tables on this page, or ask for a free quote.
Do you offer wholesale pricing on custom t-shirts?
Yes. Our bulk pricing works like wholesale pricing: the more shirts you order, the less you pay per shirt. For example, Tultex 202 shirts with a 1-color print drop from $10.10 each at 24 shirts to $4.67 each at 10,000+. See the pricing tables on this page for every quantity.
How long does a bulk t-shirt order take?
Most orders ship within 10 business days once your mock-up is approved and your invoice is paid. Rush service is available on request, so tell us your deadline when you ask for a quote.
Do you ship bulk t-shirt orders nationwide?
Yes. We ship anywhere in the United States.
Can I order different sizes in one bulk order?
Yes. You can mix sizes in one order. Sizes 2XL and up may cost a little more, and we include that in your quote.
Do you make free mock-ups?
Yes. Every order starts with a free quote and free digital mock-ups of your design, so you can see exactly how your shirts will look before you pay.
Can you help with my design?
Yes. Our in-house designers can clean up your logo, get your artwork print-ready or help create a design from your idea.
Can you print hoodies, hats and other items too?
Yes. Along with t-shirts we print and embroider hoodies, crewnecks, long sleeves, hats and promotional products. Just let us know what you need.
