What is your turnaround time?

We can turn around most orders in 20-25 business days as long as your desired hats are currently in stock. For an accurate turnaround time on your specific custom patch hats, please request a quote.

Are your patches sewn on or heat-applied?

All of our custom patch hats are sewn on by hand in America using top-of-the-line industrial sewing machines.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we can ship your custom patch hats to just about anywhere around the globe.

Can I mix hat styles in one order?

Yes, of course. You can mix as many hat styles as you like. Orders start at 24 hats total, with at least 6 of each style.

Can you do other patch styles as well?

Yes, in addition to our custom patches you see on this page we can create you just about any type of patch you can imagine. Please contact us and let us know what you’re looking for.

Can you design the patch for me?

Yes, we would be happy to design a patch for you. We have some free templates that you can use for your patch, or we can have one of our professional designers build something for you from scratch.
